Missinaibi Expedition Tour

The historic Missinaibi River is a site that snowmobilers will not want to miss. This tour takes snowmobile tourists along the Missinaibi River and through the woodlands north of Mattice and Hearst. The Missinaibi River was the main route from Lake Superior to the James Bay during fur trade times. Riders are almost guaranteed to see moose and wolf tracks in the area so keep your camera ready. Explore this historic route and ride some of the Province’s premier northern trails.

The route begins in Hearst on the TOP A to the L159; L169; L163; L165; L159; L159: L161; L153 to the TOP A trail into Mattice. Riders will then take the Top A West to connect with the L155 and back to the TOP A in Hearst.
